Ede Grows CRA’s Roster of Experienced Testifying Experts

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 2018-- Charles River Associates (NASDAQ: CRAI), a worldwide leader in providing economic, financial, and management consulting services, today announced the addition of Simon Ede who is joining the Energy Practice as Vice President in London. Mr. Ede is an economist with over 15 years of experience working as an advisor to companies in global energy markets. Prior to this role, Mr. Ede held various energy consulting roles, including at CRA. He also helped establish and run energy market analysis functions for power and gas trading groups in the US and Europe.

Mr. Ede has a broad range of project experience that comprises market analysis, strategy development, organization design, transaction support, and electricity auctions. On the basis of these experiences, he has provided expert analysis for clients and has testified in commercial disputes and regulatory matters. In this dispute work, he has been engaged by counsel on matters such as on the foreseeability of market trends, commercial transaction structures, and valuation of damages.

He holds a Master's degree in Resource Economics from Cornell University and a BS in Economics and Economic History from the London School of Economics.
